We do receive some paper entry forms from individuals and from Clubs and Societies. We process these forms in order to allow exhibitors entry to our customer's events. These forms are processed in accordance with this privacy policy.

The Kennel Club in respect of Crufts exhibitors for the purposes of Kennel Club records.
We provide the Kennel Club with details of results at the events which we attend to provide an on-site results service, in order to meet requirements in the Kennel Club Rules and Regulations.

Any financial data arising from a transactional process will be held securely by the Fosse Data Systems Ltd in accordance and compliance with all statutory and HMRC requirements.
